Random questions

Last night when Jared told me Corey Haim died I asked him which Corey that was, the dark haired one or the light haired one. He just looked at me and said they both have dark hair. I beg to differ. Clearly Corey Haim had lighter hair than Corey Feldman. Right? Isn't that a perfectly adequate way of telling the two apart?

I then asked him if it was the one that hung out with Michael Jackson or the one that was in Licensed to Drive. That seemed to make more sense and we were finally able to move on.

The other thing I want to know is how long is it going to take for this 3D movie fad to play itself out? I can see that in 15 years our kids are going to reminisce about the period of time when every freaking movie was in 3D and how retarded that was.

And really, local news drives me crazy. Why did they interview the semi driver who couldn't even speak English about the road being closed? Could they not find a driver who could form a sentence? Why does the news agree to do stories that are shameless promotions for a particular product or service? Why?

Why do some overly confident children bug me? Why do they feel no fear when approaching me with questions, requests, demands, etc.? They should be timid and should know not to question me further when I tell them no or roll my eyes and sigh before I answer. But if they are too shy and seem to nearly cry in my presence that is just as bad. Just to be safe, keep your children away from me. Except on Sundays, I love the Primary kids on Sundays, I promise.

That's all. What do you think? Seriously, I want to know.

If it's not Corey Hart, I tune out anyway...
Local news is a waste of office space, water coolers, and air time.
Remember when they tried to do Muppets in 3d? Are we all going to just start owning a pair of 3d movie glasses-like we own bowling shoes?
And what was the other thing? oh yeah, kids. Obnoxious, all of them. Just wait until Johns is in middle school. I think I hate some of the girls in F's school just because they take me right back to the girls I hated in 6th grade b.c they teased me for not shaving yet. Oh what they'd say to see my legs now...

I'm the only Korie you need to worry about!

I can't even watch 3D movies they make me car sick.

I totally agree with the news comment.
They ask people who can't speak English or who no nothing about the question.

And other peoples kids... don't you hate it when you have them over to play and it's like your babysitting them and feeding them the whole time. I would rather just let my kids watch t.v.

And here's my random question or pet peeve: Don't you hate it when your in line and they open another register and don't take the next person in line!!! Oh I hate that.

These 3D movies suck. I'm old and get sick .. learned that with Avitar. Also not digging the overly confident children. Call on my boys Sunday ... you'll see how dumb they are and love them...

3D=overrated and overpriced. I'm boycotting it starting right now.

Overly confident children=euphamism (sp?) for brat

Both of the Corey's=child stars gone wrong. See, people who need so much attention or whose parents push them to feel the need to be famous have issues.

That's it!

Alright all you 3D movie haters. I LOVE 3D movies. In fact, when they get the tech right 3D TV's are in everyone's future. I think that for the most part guys are into 3D more than the gals. Where is the market for a 3D romantic drama/comedy?

Oh my gosh! I totally feel your pain with the overly confident kids comment. My kids have been beaten into submission, so I'm really not used to it. It throws me off when I tell one of Paul's friends something and he starts arguing with me. His mom tells me its ok to smack him, but it just doesn't feel right beating other peoples kids... usually.

3D movies are totally overpriced, but I'm glad they at least give you normal glasses now instead of those impossible red and blue ones that my mind could never make work right.

This post cracked me up. Miss you!
